"I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose,
I would always greet it in a garden".
~ Ruth Stout ~

I've been working on adding texture to some of my images,
and I absolutely love using them!
This is one I did in honor of spring.
I found the texture I used, over on Flickr.
Paul Grand has some free sets, to download and use.
He requires a link back, and, he would like to see your results.
This one is from his 'Grand Textures' set.
His photos are stunning!
It's worth the trip over to see them!
It's amazing what texture can do for an image!

I'm not up on all the names of my flowers,
so, if someone would be so kind as to share the name of this one
with me, I would so appreciate it!
Hope you're all enjoying some nice spring weather where you are.
We've sure been blessed with beautiful days, here, this week!

Week 13 - I Heart Faces Photo Challenge

Dramatic Black and White Photo Challenge

I've always loved black and white images ...
I remember looking at my parent's photo albums when I was a young girl ...
I think that's where my love for the 'colorless' images began!

This is my dear, sweet husband.
We were at a living history museum and he decided to have
a little fun with the hats in the local store!
The color version is nice, but, removing the color does give it a 'dramatic' effect!

Another fun week for the iheartfaces photo contest!

This one is ....

~ FOCUSING ON ANGLES ~

There are some serious angles going on here!

One day, while on a photo shoot,

our adventurous friend, Kurtis,

decided to climb the wall!

It made for some interesting shots,
and we really had fun on this shoot.
So, if you'd like to see more 'angles' on life,
